Japan has a huge accumulation of capital and technology.  However, Japan does not have sufficient business leaders to drive business in the global marketplace.  Japanese corporations acquired US$80 billion dollars of overseas business in 2012 to grow their business in the overseas markets.  How to manage these businesses is the critical challenge for many corporations.  Linking business strategy to human resource strategy is an urgent agenda item to drive growth strategy for many Japanese corporations

"Optimizing your Network to Maximize Opportunities".  MBAs had the chance to network with graduates from top programs in Japan, from abroad and with C-level and HR Executives from:
